My mother and I had a great stay at The Waterfront B&B. The location is wonderful - it is one of the first B&Bs on your way into Portmagee and very easy to find. It's just a two minute walk to the harbor and into the main part of town with restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable night's stay. Tina is a fantastic host and was able to book a trip to the Skelligs for us in advance - thank you so much, Tina! I definitely recommend staying at The Waterfront.SSSSS

We stayed for one night prior to taking the boat trip out to Skellig Michael. The location is fantastic, situated just across the road from the water. It is within a short walk of the town and the marina.
The grounds and rooms are well kept, clean, and very comfortable. We had a room on the top floor with a very fine view.
Breakfast was generous and very tasty.
Overall a great stay and the trip to Skellig Michael is amazing!SSSSS

My husband, grandson and I enjoyed our stay at The Waterfront. It was a short, but lovely walk to the dock, restaurants, and shops in Portmagee. We especially enjoyed eating at the Fisherman's Bar. Their fish and chips are the best we've ever eaten. Their seafood chowder and seafood platter were excellent, as well. Their prices and service were excellent, too. You won't be disappointed. Plenty of parking onsite at The Waterfront and the hosts invited us to leave our car and walk to the dock for our boat tour in the morning even though we checked out after breakfast. Our room was clean, bright, and airy.BNB The bathroom was spacious, the shower enormous, and there were washcloths not all accommodations in Ireland have them. The dining room and lounge have wonderful views of the water and Valentia Island. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. I can't say enough about our host, Tina. She was very caring and helpful. I found she will book boat tours for her guests, too. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. Our walk up to Bray's Head where we took pictures with Skellig Michael Island in the background is uphill, but there are so many photo opportunities along the way that my rest stops were enjoyable. The sky was always changing, sheep grazing in the fields, boats moving about, etc. I'm looking forward to my next visit.SSSSS

My husband and I spent a nice night at The Waterfront B&B the night before our Skellig Michael trip. The hostess was very nice and thoughtful. She helped us contact the boat captain that was to take us out the next day. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty. A nice, simple B&B.SSSSS
